LIVing Wellness Raw Soup

Are you looking for a quick soup to make for your lunch or for an alternative to a nut based milk while cleansing?  Jamie from LIVing Wellness created this Raw Soup for her clients to have when they need something to tide them over during the cleansing process. 

  • 4-5 Medium Carrots
  • 1 Cucumber
  •  2 stalks celery
  •  ½ lemon, peeled
  • 1-2 inch piece of ginger, peeled
  • 1 avocado, peeled and seed removed

Juice the carrots, cucumber, celery, lemon and ginger.  Add the juice and avocado to a blender.  Blend until smooth!  Voila…drink or eat with a spoon for a raw soup!
