Lisa is fiercely devoted to helping people reach their goals and improve their lives.
She holds a degree in exercise science and has more than 20 years of experience in the ever-expanding health and fitness field. She combines her ability to energize and motivate people with her extensive knowledge of exercise science, athletic conditioning and Pilates to create workout programs tailored to the unique objectives of each client. She trains a broad array of individuals of all ages, working on everything from core strength, agility and injury prevention/rehabilitation to postural alignment and functional fitness. In addition to her personal training and Pilates certifications, Lisa is also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She is passionate about healthy eating and can often be found cooking when she’s not in the studio. Beyond wellness, her interests include traveling the globe, adventure seeking, art collecting, and going for walks with Tig, her beloved poodle.

Craig’s experience as a personal trainer dates back to 2007. Since then, he has helped numerous clients by developing fitness programs based on their unique strengths, goals, and nutritional needs. He is highly skilled in assessing and correcting muscle imbalances, and specializes in functional training, core stability, and balance training.
When he is not training clients, Craig dedicates himself to working on his own functional strength training. He also spends time with his son Gavin at the playground, the park, or bike riding.
Jaime
Studio Operations Manager

Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist
Jaime has been with the studio since it's opening, but has recently taken on a new role as the Studio Operations Manager. She is excited about the chance to develop new skills while creating ways to improve the client studio experience.
Jaime also continues to do personal training on a virtual basis, and specializes in posture correction, mobility, corrective exercise, and strength training.
Charles
Licensed Massage Therapist

Flexibility Specialist
Charles has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 years. His highly skilled specialties include therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, and Swedish massage. He has also been trained to preform scraping, PNS, neuromuscular techniques, and myofascial release, along with other modalities.
Additionally, Charles is a Certified Stretch and Flexibility Specialist. The customized stretch sessions he offers allow him to use a variety of techniques in order to increase flexibility, free adhesions, and improve range of motion for each client.
Addison
BA Health & Human Physiology: Pre-PT & Nutrition Focus
NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Addison is a former gymnast whose feats include representing the US national team for 3 years, and then competing for the University of Iowa while earning his bachelors degree. Now he is an avid golfer and dog father who is passionate about empowering others to enhance their quality of life and movement economy. As a fitness professional, his mission is to deliver both efficient results and engaging workouts by adaptively customizing his client’s programs based on their unique needs.
Addison has a variety of experience working with athletes to prepare for both collegiate and professional leagues in tennis, track, gymnastics, baseball, and basketball. He has also trained cast members for the filming of Madame Web as well as developed wellness programs for luxury residencies and corporate offices.
Now he primarily works with a wide range of ages and experience levels by utilizing a combination of strength training, functional mobility, corrective exercise, and athletic conditioning. Whether your goal is to play with grandkids or relearn how to jump, his reward is seeing your individual success while being able to build long lasting relationships.

Janine has over 20 years of history as a fitness professional and has a passion for educating others about strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and proper nutrition. She is a lifestyle specialist and has extensive experience in toning, sculpting, and weight loss. She is also well versed in working with geriatric populations including those with Parkinson’s Disease and dementia.
Janine is a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in a variety of massage techniques. Whether it be for relaxation or for a targeted therapeutic approach, every massage will be customized for each individual client to promote optimal healing and tension release.
Lindsey

Lindsey entered the fitness industry by earning her Yoga Instructor Certification with the goal of sharing the peace and balance that yoga has brought into her own life. She offers personalized private and duet yoga sessions, tailored to each client’s unique skill level and individual goals.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Lindsey is deeply committed to helping clients acheive optimal health and wellness. She specializes in weight loss, nutrition, and strength training, with a particular focus on strength and conditioning for overall fitness and performance.
Currently, Lindsey is pursuing her Stott Pilates Certification and offers private and duet Pilates reformer sessions, further expanding her ability to support her clients on their fitness journey.
