Lisa is fiercely devoted to helping people reach their goals and improve their lives.
She holds a degree in exercise science and has more than 12 years of experience in the ever-expanding health and fitness field. She combines her ability to energize and motivate people with her extensive knowledge of exercise science, athletic conditioning and Pilates to create workout programs tailored to the unique objectives of each client. She trains a broad array of individuals of all ages, working on everything from core strength, agility and injury prevention/rehabilitation to postural alignment and functional fitness. In addition to her personal training and Pilates certifications, Lisa is also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She is passionate about healthy eating and can often be found cooking when she’s not in the studio. Beyond wellness, her interests include traveling the globe, adventure seeking, art collecting, and going for walks with Tig, her beloved poodle.

Craig graduated from the national personal training institute where he obtained a diploma in personal training. He is currently pursuing a certification in personal training and corrective exercise specializa- tion through the national academy of sport medicine.
In combination with his fitness background, Craig specializes in kick boxing and running and is skilled in assessment of muscular imbalances and developing fitness programs based on the unique strengths, goals, and nutritional needs of his clients.

Jaime has been practicing massage therapy for more than 14 years. She has been trained in swedish, deep tissue, sports & thai massage and ashiatsu oriental bar therapy. Jaime can create a custom massage designed to specifically suit your needs by combining a variety of modalities such as sports massage, stretching and trigger point therapy.
A massage therapy session with Jaime will leave you properly relaxed, comfortable and well balanced. Also a certified personal trainer, Jaime can help correct your posture or muscular imbalances thru exercise and help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Andy holds a personal training certification from the International Sports and Sciences Association which he attained in 2018 after a lifelong hobby of exercise became a dream profession. Andy moved to Michigan after a brief stint living overseas where he regained a passion and new outlook on health and fitness.
In his free time Andy enjoys spending time with his partner, Ashley and their two dogs, Charlie and Louie. When he is away from fitness, you can usually find Andy at his favorite restaurant Le George, sipping on an Americano at Starbuck’s or visiting his parents in Ohio. Andy’s number 1 goal is to educate and guide you through your best workout.
