The most requested body part to train is the Abs. It doesn’t matter how many times I say definition in the abs is a result of diet combined with exercise to create muscle tone and structure., everyone still wants to train their abs! I don’t blame them but…the only way to see those muscles is to make sure there is very little fat covering them. Diet is 90% of that equation so I should be posting a diet instead of the workout but nothing is better than sore abs so try this workout and let me know what you think.
