Arms and Abs

The most requested body part to train is the Abs. It doesn’t matter how many times I say definition in the abs is a result of diet combined with exercise to create muscle tone and structure., everyone still wants to train their abs! I don’t blame them but…the only way to see those muscles is to make sure there is very little fat covering them. Diet is 90% of that equation so I should be posting a diet instead of the workout but nothing is better than sore abs so try this workout and let me know what you think.

Warm Up 1:

  • 4 x 20 Spider Crawl

  • 4 x 20 Second Side Plank

Warm Up 2:

  • 4 x 20 Band Pull Apart

  • 4 x 10 X Mt. Climber

Pyramid: (30 second rest between sets)

  • 4 x 12,10,8,6 Cable Front Lat Pull

  • 4 x 12,10,8,6 Cable Rope Bicep Curl

  • 4 x 12 Bent and Straight Leg Lift

Superset 1:

  • 4 x 12 DB Seated Bicep Curl

  • 4 x 10 Toe Tap

Superset 2:

  • 4 x 12 YTW

  • 4 x 30 Seconds X Plank

Burn Out: 

  • 1 min Bent Leg Raise

  • 1 min Decline Push Up

  • 1 min Burpees
