Craig's Favorite Recipe: Chicken Pesto Pasta (Gluten Free)

THE INGREDIENTS:

  • 8oz Gluten Free Pasta

  • 1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

  • 3/4 cup Basil Pesto

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Glove

  • Pine Nuts (optional)

  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

THE METHOD:

  • After cooking the gluten free pasta, and grilling the seasoned chicken breast - combine with pesto, pine nuts, and parmesan.
